Griffin Contracting was started by Noel Griffin. With more than 25 years experience in all phases of construction management and general contracting, Noel performs everything from the first stages of design to its completion; specializing in commercial & residential construction/ renovation.

At Griffin Contracting, Noel is responsible for the construction administration (CA) phases of design projects. Additionally, he is solely responsible for directing construction management; project scheduling, proposal requests, contractor selection and vetting processes, bid evaluation and leveling, equipment purchasing, ownership approvals, conduction of site meetings, construction quality reviews, shop drawing processing, payment acquisition, punch-listing processing, and construction close-out documentation.

Noel Griffin has a surplus of experience with multi-site management for current and past projects. These include his work with Fortune 500 companies, major national retail chains, and financial institutions. He has acquired a long outstanding industry reputation and is currently Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Sea Cliff, Long Island.
